BCT-Touristik is a German tour operator located in Siegburg (between Cologne and Bonn).

The company was founded in 1992 and specializes in group tours and field trips.

BCT Touristik concentrates on 4 main areas of travel:

INTERNSHIP AT BCT

We offer positions for internships and trainees in different sections of the company.

An internship should last at least 2 to 12 months, depending on how many sectors of the company you want to explore. 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
Every 2nd Saturday from 10 am until 2 pm

Learning on the job:
You will work on real tasks.

Theoretical and practical experience
Use your theoretical knowledge and put it to practice. Learn more in the different areas and exercise it.

Project:
Depending on your previous knowledge it is possible to have your own project. You can always ask a colleague for help or assistance.

Important:
Please notice that you can only do an internship in our new branch in Siegburg, which is located near the ICE-station and the local train station.  

Areas of the internship:

  • Travel planning, organization, internet and e-commerce

  •  Marketing, web design, internet layout, visiting trade fairs

For internships longer than 3 months:

  • After 2 months, 2 free days per month

  •  Furnished apartment (first come first serve!)

  •  Salary:
    on request

PRECONDITIONS

Language skills, at least one foreign language apart from English and computer literacy

  • CV/Resume with your computer literacy, language skills, and practiced sports

  • Copies of your certifications (A-levels, pre-degree, internships)

  • Passport photo (required for any internship in Germany)

  • Experience in the tourism area

  • A list of your previous travel experiences (place, length of time, route and type of journey)
